Director/ExecutiveDISRUPT company is seeking a Senior Director of Operations to lead and elevate operational performance for Papa Johns across the Northeast region. This role focuses on providing strategic oversight, coaching, and execution support to Area Directors, ensuring operational excellence and brand execution across corporate restaurants.

Responsibilities
Set and drive regional operational goals that align with Papa Johns’ brand standards and business objectives
Partner with corporate leadership to implement strategic initiatives, performance metrics, and best practices across the Northeast
Oversee compliance with company policies, quality standards, guest experience expectations, and legal requirements across all markets
Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of 5 direct reports (Area Directors)
Ensure Area Directors are equipped to coach and support their General Managers and restaurant leadership teams
Provide regular performance feedback, professional development opportunities, and succession planning support
Conduct regular field visits across all Northeast markets, ensuring execution of operational plans, quality control, and guest experience standards
Use data and insights to identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks; implement corrective and growth plans as needed
Advise and support Area Directors in driving sales, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability while maintaining brand standards
Champion a people-first culture focused on leadership development, retention, and engagement throughout the region
Promote consistent onboarding, training, and coaching frameworks that strengthen leadership capability and operational execution
Serve as the primary regional liaison between corporate leadership, Area Directors, and cross-functional teams
Communicate priorities, changes, and performance updates clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership experience in multi-unit operations, preferably within QSR or pizza/delivery concepts
Strong track record of developing leaders and driving operational performance across diverse markets
Ability to travel frequently across the Northeast region
Exceptional communication, analytical, and coaching skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or related field preferred
