Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of client projects, ensuring high-quality execution within agreed timelines and budgets

Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring alignment between client objectives and technical delivery

Work closely with growth, client engagement, and technical solutions teams to create innovative solutions that meet client needs

Oversee the development of data-driven strategies that address business challenges and lead to sustainable, impactful solutions. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using various project management methodologies, adapting to changing client needs and project dynamics

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages learning and growth

Contribute to the development of best practices, processes, and proprietary tools within the team and the broader organization

Required

Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions

Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
