Responsibilities

Achieves assigned appointment and revenue targets
Prospects and builds an organic pipeline within designated target accounts
Nurtures relationships with targeted prospects through multiple communication channels, including social media and email
Leads prospect follow-up efforts, schedules calls and meetings, and manages multiple business development engagements simultaneously
Researches prospective accounts to identify targets for outbound activities
Provides support for local marketing events and initiatives
Participates in the strategic development and execution of territory and account plans

Required

A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred
1-3 years of successful professional business experience is required
Prior sales experience is beneficial but not required
A financial or accounting background is considered a plus
Demonstrates excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Possesses an outgoing and engaging personality
Maintains credibility and professionalism in all interactions
Is highly results-driven and goal-oriented
Shows strong attention to detail
Effectively manages multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Is comfortable interacting with C-level executives
Remains flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment
Travel may be required up to 25% or more to meet sales objectives and attend company events

Preferred

Experience with financial software is strongly desired but not required
