Responsibilities
Oversee internal BD efforts
Prepare, format, and deliver proposals, presentations, and decks
Manage internal contributions from design staff to meet deadlines
Maintain a library of project templates, resumes, project pages, images, and boilerplate firm materials for proposals
Prepare presentation decks and interview materials for new clients
Work with Operations to maintain and update client lists
Develop strategies to build and maintain clientele
Drive marketing campaigns, social media content, and firm collateral
Produce graphics, layouts, and visual assets for presentations, proposals, and events
Create newsletters, brochures, and the firm website
Update web site, social media and advertising
Plan and produce award submissions
Work with publications to publish features or stories
Coordinate and plan project photography, managing the process from initial scheduling to final image selection
Design and produce conference materials and event banners
Partner with Operations and HR to ensure brand consistency in every output — from written communication, event planning to recruiting
Assist in managing office assets and production materials
Support onboarding efforts to ensure consistent and engaging experience
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong graphic design skills particularly in layout design
Experience producing professional proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
A self-starter with strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a crucial requirement of this position
Collaborative, proactive, and detail oriented
Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
Preferred
Experience in administrative, marketing, or design support roles
Experience in an architecture/design firm
Familiarity with architecture/graphic workflows and terminology
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
Knowledge of Wordpress and Divi Builder
