Proactively engage homeowners in your assigned area through door-to-door visits, phone calls, and emails to generate new business opportunities
Leverage persuasive communication and consultative selling techniques to influence decision-making and close sales effectively
Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners through patience, persistence, and a customer-first mindset
Confidently present and demonstrate the value of HomeTeam’s products and services, clearly explaining benefits and pricing to both current and prospective customers
Drive the sales process to completion, ensuring all agreements and documentation are accurate and comprehensive for a seamless customer experience
Stay adaptable and motivated, thinking on your feet and working independently to meet and exceed sales goals
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Must have a valid driver's license
