Lead and optimize daily staffing operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Mentor, coach, and build a high-performing team that thrives in a fast-paced environment
Strengthen client relationships and develop strategies that expand our business reach
Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent escalation, maintaining accuracy and accountability
Ensure a top-tier experience for both clients and associates by solving challenges early and effectively
Manage compliance, budgets, and workforce allocation with precision and follow-through
Partner with the CEO to make key decisions and drive long-term growth
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, preferably in staffing, recruiting operations, or a high-pressure service environment
Proven ability to build and lead teams, fostering accountability while supporting their growth
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels — from associates to executives
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing situations
Track record of spotting inefficiencies, closing loops, and preventing repeat issues
Growth-oriented with the ambition to play a key role in building a company's future (talent acquisition leadership experience highly valued)
Preferred
Staffing industry experience is preferred but not required — fast-paced operations background is highly valuable
Proven track record of running branch-level operations or multi-team leadership
Examples of driving measurable business growth or operational improvements
Demonstrated ability to see both details and the bigger picture while leading effectively
