The role involves collaborating with development teams to design and implement test strategies, develop both automated and manual tests, and maintain Continuous Integration processes.

Responsibilities
Drive the software quality assurance lifecycle within an Agile/ waterfall process
Establish and coordinate test strategies with development/product teams
Design and implement test plans and test cases
Develop and execute automated/ manual UI and functional tests
Enhance and maintain automated CI flows
Review and validate UAT test results
Troubleshoot issues in systems under test
Qualification
Required
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test
Experience with web application testing and Continuous Integration processes
Familiarity with version control, defect tracking, and test management tools (ADO, JIRA, RCLM)
Knowledge of SQL databases
Experience with automation testing using Selenium, Playwright
Experience with API testing using postman or SoapUI
Experience with performance testing tools using JMeter, LoadRunner, etc
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
