Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload from initial strategy session through case resolution
Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel
Meet billable requirements and track time in CLIO
Follow established protocols for case review, court prep, and strategy documentation
Oversee and approve all paralegal work prior to filing
Prepare witnesses and experts for hearings
Respond to client communications within 48 business hours
Maintain CLE requirements and active good standing with the CA Bar
Collaborate with junior associates and cross‑functional team members
Qualification
Required
Admitted and in good standing with the California Bar
Strong oral advocacy, writing skills, and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently while thriving within a team
Positive attitude, professionalism, and commitment to ethical representation
Strong organization and leadership skills
