Responsibilities
Participate in requirement gathering and gap fit analysis
Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
Develop and customize CRM entities, workflows, and integrations
Create OOB CRM and custom SSRS reports
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
6-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
Proficient in solution design, configuration, and requirement gathering
Experience with integrations involving ERP, LOB, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365 Administration
Hands-on experience with data migration using tools like ScribeSSIS
Strong understanding of CRM security models and experience in extending Dynamics CRM
Proficient in .NET technology and SSRS
Preferred
Experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (ODataREST)
Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects, especially Java-scripting and installation
Experience in Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management functionality
