Responsibilities
Support PMs and the team leader in delivering exceptional client experiences
Join PMs in client meetings to address various topics, including annual performance reviews, QBRs, product adoption strategies, upcoming renewals, best practices, and other ad hoc client needs
Serve as a primary contact for client-facing inquiries, aiming for client satisfaction and, where possible, resolving issues on the first contact
Provide consultative insights to clients, leveraging automotive and advertising industry knowledge to help clients achieve their goals using Impel's products
Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with clients' business objectives
Ensure prompt, professional, and personable responses to all client requests and concerns
Document and track client interactions and inquiries in Salesforce and Gainsight, staying informed of emerging technologies relevant to the role
Use Slack to communicate internal updates related to pod activities and key account developments as needed
Contribute to various projects or initiatives, assisting with tasks that support team and company goals
Maintain exceptional interpersonal abilities coupled with adept communication skills, both verbal and written
Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills
Quickly learn and adapt to change
Qualification
Required
Demonstrate excellent organizational skills
Effectively work cross-functionally and with a wide range of people with different skill sets and knowledge
Preferred
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred, or 1+ years of relevant work experience
