Responsibilities

Execute POS functional, integration, and UAT cycles
Validate core POS workflows including:
Payments, tenders, loyalty, promotions, store pricing, returns
Ensure end-to-end coverage: requirements, edge cases, risk-based scenarios
Document test cases, results, defects with high traceability and reporting discipline
Partner with Store Ops/Business team/BSA teams for real-world operational validation

Required

Strong hands-on experience in Retail Point-of-Sale (POS) testing and Retail systems
Ability to define and execute end-to-end test strategies and comprehensive test scenarios
Proficient in integration testing across store systems and enterprise applications
Experience with API validation and troubleshooting (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
Working knowledge of related retail systems such as: Merchandising applications (item setup, promotions, pricing, contracts and deals)
Ability to operate independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive risk identification
