Responsibilities
Provide responsive service to clients, producers, and carriers via phone and email
Accurately maintain client data and documentation in the agency management system
Process policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with agency procedures
Prepare essential client documents including certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of coverage
Input transactions into the agency management system to generate client invoices
Ensure policies, endorsements, and related documents are delivered to clients in a timely manner
Market new and renewal business by preparing complete submissions for the marketing department
Assist with audits, open claims monitoring, bonding, and binding
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Strong problem-solving skills related to commercial insurance coverage
Ability to follow established agency procedures
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and sound decision-making ability
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience, preferably in an agency environment
Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance coverages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Missouri Property & Casualty license preferred (or ability to obtain)
