Responsibilities

Maintain a working knowledge of all transactions and deal-related documents for assigned accounts

Responsible for the administration of assigned accounts in accordance with the terms of the related documents. This includes all payments, notices, compliance deliverables, and other duties assigned in the documents

Research and resolve issues related to administration and client service in connection with assigned accounts

Review, comment, and negotiate transaction agreements for assigned accounts

Work with clients, attorneys, financial advisors, lenders, service providers - both internal and external - to structure and close assigned transactions in a timely and efficient manner

Comprehend and maintain internal controls and work with management to identify opportunities to enhance our control environment

Provide excellent customer service to all clients and parties, both internal and external, to ensure all have an exceptional experience

Manage relationships, cultivating current and prospective clients and referral sources to uncover opportunities and potential sources of new business

Mentor junior team members and provide coverage and support to the team as a whole when needed

Perform other related duties as assigned or requested

Required

Bachelor's degree required

7+ years' experience in finance, capital markets, or a law firm

Prior experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents

Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Proven problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and intuition, and the ability to communicate with external and internal parties in a responsive, friendly, professional, and proactive approach

Proven ability to collaborate with management and team members to align goals and complete all tasks

Demonstrate integrity in the day-to-day administration of duties and all interactions with internal and external parties

High level of proficiency with computers and learning new software
