Cloudious is seeking a Delivery Director / Program Director with experience in the healthcare domain. The role involves managing complex programs, engaging with VP level stakeholders, and ensuring successful program execution aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

We would need more of Program and Delivery director to manage multi complex programs and managing VP level stakeholders

At least working experience of 2 or 3 large healthcare customers (Digital and Enterprise applications)

Candidates who possess significant experience in managing engineering and modernization programs, particularly from the perspective of applications development

Experience in Healthcare domain : Min 4 to 5 years of work experience with US Healthcare domain is must

Aligning the programs objectives with the organizations strategic goals and developing a roadmap for program execution

Defining program controls procedures and reporting structures

Managing the relationships and dependencies between individual projects within the program

Allocating and managing resources human financial etc across the program and its projects

Identifying assessing and mitigating potential risks and issues that could impact the programs success

Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders including team members sponsors and senior leadership

Tracking program progress measuring key performance indicators KPIs and reporting on program status to stakeholders

Developing and managing the programs budget ensuring efficient use of resources

Leading and managing the organizational changes that result from the programs implementation

Ensuring that the outputs of the programs projects meet the required quality standards and align with the overall program objectives

Maintaining and managing all relevant program documentation

Providing guidance and support to project managers and team members within the program
