Qualification
Required
8+ years of user research experience (qualitative & quantitative)
Strong background in user interviews and behavioral data analysis
5+ years mentoring or coaching teams
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Bachelor's in design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
Preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating the end-to-end research process

Personas / archetypes
User & experience journey maps
Mental model diagrams
Research reports & presentations
Proven collaboration within agile, cross-functional teams
Ability to thrive independently in fast-paced, evolving environments
Experience with Figma, Adobe CC, Miro, Survey tools, Jira & Confluence
