The role involves developing and monitoring Quality Program metrics, creating quality training for personnel, and owning the QA/QC Program.

Develop/monitor Quality Program metrics to evaluate the project’s performance. Analyze said metrics to understand the root cause of any disconcerting trends and then work with the applicable parties to correct those items
Create Quality training for personnel
Own the QA/QC Program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
10+ years in QA/QC or Commissioning programs
Preferred
Large EPC industrial construction background (Power, LNG, Petrochemical)
Full project lifecycle experience (construction, commissioning, operations)
