Responsibilities
Architect, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure projects utilizing Google Workspace, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Okta for Identity and Access management
Manage device lifecycle and policy enforcement with JAMF (for Mac) and Microsoft Intune (for Windows) in a hybrid environment
Deliver 3–5 major infrastructure or SaaS migration/upgrades, from planning to rollout and documentation
Design, implement, and maintain security best practices, performing regular audits and driving remediation efforts
Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using PowerShell, Python, and AI-driven tools to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors
Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, security, and business units, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Proactively monitor system health, resolve incidents, and provide escalation support for critical infrastructure issues
Maintain up-to-date documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operational processes
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Okta in enterprise environments
Proven capability with JAMF and Intune, supporting mixed Mac/Windows fleets
Track record of delivering at least 3–5 major IT infrastructure projects (examples: SaaS migrations, security hardening, cloud integrations)
Security-focused approach with real-world audit, compliance, and remediation experience
Automation mindset with demonstrable scripting ability using PowerShell, Python, or AI automation tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor and leadership presence
Ability to work cross-functionally, influencing teams and managing priorities without direct reports
