Responsibilities

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of geospatial project and portfolio management technology solutions

Oversee solution roadmaps, integration, and deployment across diverse business and technology landscapes

Drive program planning, estimating, budgeting, and execution while ensuring quality and client alignment

Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, integrated solutions that support enterprise objectives

Support business development by contributing to proposals, strategic pursuits, and client engagement activities

Build lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while identifying opportunities for future collaboration

Mentor and develop team members, fostering growth and technical excellence

Continuously evaluate and improve solution delivery processes, tools, and training programs

Required

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field from an accredited program and 7 years related professional experience

Architecture and integration skills, including areas such as data architecture, cloud architecture, middleware, communications, or other architectural methods and practices

Understanding of current and emerging associated technologies to manage and deliver quality enterprise solutions in both Information Technology (IT) and Operations Technology (OT) domains

Experience with a variety of project execution methodologies

Experience with leading-edge application(s), operations technology and solutions utilizing various industry standard tools

Experience developing executive-level technology assessments, roadmap strategies focusing on enterprise and/or operation technologies

Strong ability to influence or lead project execution

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience working with utilities and critical infrastructure

Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, portfolio governance, and geospatial project delivery practices

Experience partnering with clients to define requirements and design tailored solutions aligned with organizational goals

Skilled in technology readiness assessments, roadmapping, product selection, assessment, implementation planning and support, and other advisory services that precede PM technology implementations

Background in leading solution demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept to showcase the value of geospatial tools

Proven experience configuring and implementing enterprise project management and portfolio management solutions, with successful deployment and adoption outcomes

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams—including technical architects, developers, and business analysts—to deliver comprehensive, end-to-end solutions

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead client workshops and executive-level discussions

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation or enterprise technology projects

Experience providing thought leadership on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and PMO process improvements

Highly motivated to contribute to industry thought leadership, including presenting at industry and partner conferences, publishing insights, and representing the firm in professional forums

Contributing to business development through proposal development, presentations, repositioning support, pursuit activities, and other client engagement initiatives

Experience mentoring or coaching junior consultants in solution design, delivery, and client relationship management
