This role is responsible for developing world-class designs for marine structures, balancing design integrity with project constraints to meet technical requirements and client needs.

Responsibilities
Work with senior engineers and lead civil/structural design of projects from conceptual phase through completion
Design and analyze civil/structural components across a variety of projects
Apply advanced knowledge of civil/structural engineering concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures
Conduct research and compile project-related data, studies, and reports
Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and other engineering documents
Lead client presentations, shop drawing reviews, and support contract administration
Perform and oversee field inspections, measurements, and calculations
Mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
Perform other duties as assigned, complying with all company policies and standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (preferred but not required)
Experience in designing marine structures, including piers, wharfs, bulkheads, and fender systems
Advanced knowledge of civil/structural engineering concepts, principles, practices, codes, and procedures
Ability to prepare and review engineering documents, including drawings and specifications
Experience in leading civil/structural design projects from conceptual phase through completion
Strong communication skills for client presentations and contract administration
Experience in conducting field inspections and measurements
Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers and designers
