They are seeking an experienced Senior Practice Engineer with deep water/wastewater industry knowledge to lead and contribute to impactful projects that design, enhance, and sustain water and wastewater infrastructure for diverse public and private clients.

Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and design expertise on multidisciplinary water/wastewater projects
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across a broad range of project types, supporting quality delivery and client satisfaction
Lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Support quality control, technical review, task management, and proposal development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
Professional Engineering (PE) License
Strong self-motivation and commitment to continuous professional growth
Proven accountability and high technical standards
Ability to lead and work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Advanced critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to mentor junior staff and support technical development within the team
Extensive water/wastewater design experience
Preferred
Experience with process modeling or hydraulic modeling software
Prior experience with task or project management
