Responsibilities
Lead client engagements and work streams related to operational improvement projects
Execute process transformation, measurable improved operational performance, and organizational restructuring
Lead / contribute to the development of communication products and plans that bolster transformation objectives, facilitate the adoption of innovative technologies / processes, content development, and strategic planning
Oversee / support the development and execution of targeted project schedules, engagement messaging, project materials, presentations, whitepapers, training efforts, and strategic plans
Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and project pursuit activities
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years of federal operations / logistics experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Deep knowledge of demand planning, organizational optimization, federal logistics, and operations planning
Experience developing visually compelling graphics and designs that effectively communicate strategic messages
Experience with leading projects / engagements, people management / development, and senior leadership interactions
Ability to travel as required to support firm engagements
Applicant must possess a U.S. Government TS/SCI clearance
Preferred
U.S. Federal government consulting experience
