Responsibilities
Plan and execute MCLE-accredited educational programs, ensuring compliance with CA State Bar requirements
Coordinate all aspects of events, including venue arrangements, speaker outreach, sponsorships, and day-of logistics
Collaborate with volunteer leaders and internal teams to deliver engaging content and networking opportunities
Manage event registration, marketing support, and post-event evaluations
Assist with bar-wide events and special projects from beginning to end
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in event coordination, including high-end signature events
Minimum 5 years of providing high-end, high-level customer service
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working with databases and web-based platforms such as Member Central
Superior customer service skills
Ability to assist with set-up and take-down of events
Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more alone or with assistance
Able to stand and sit for long periods of time
