They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full-cycle recruiting and work closely with leaders to attract and retain exceptional talent while contributing to learning and development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, managing offers, and negotiating, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
Partner with leaders to define talent needs, understand culture, and design recruiting strategies aligned with workforce priorities
Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support immediate and future business needs
Identify and engage top talent through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, direct outreach, and university partnerships
Apply data-driven insights to optimize sourcing, track hiring metrics, and measure recruiting ROI
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and industry regulations
Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using candidate data, market trends, and best practices
Collaborate with HR and leadership to support learning and development initiatives such as interview training, career growth programs, and succession planning
Maintain an active onsite presence (minimum two days per week) to build relationships and strengthen organizational understanding
Contribute to HR and company-wide initiatives, including referral programs and cross-functional projects

Required

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, or HR business partner roles, preferably within financial services
Full-cycle recruitment expertise, including proficiency with ATS/CRM platforms, social media sourcing, and a strong understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices
Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, ATS/CRM platforms, and sourcing strategies
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and recruiting best practices
Demonstrated success in achieving hiring goals, reducing time-to-fill, and improving quality of hire
Relationship builder with strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities
Collaborative and team-oriented spirit
