Responsibilities
Responsible for the end-to-end closing, settlement, and ongoing lifecycle management of private and syndicated loan trades across primary and secondary markets
Monitor and reconcile loan cash flows, interest, fees, and principal activity
Act as a key liaison with agents, counterparties, custodians, and internal investment teams to ensure accurate and timely processing
Ensure precise booking in portfolio management systems
Contribute to process improvements through automation and operational enhancements
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role at a Hedge Fund or Investment bank
Strong product knowledge of both private and syndicated loans
