Responsibilities

Manage and ensure overall operations of communities assigned by performing regulatory requirements

Assuring adherence to Community policy and procedure

Assuring financial goals are established and maintained through monitoring performance of key community management personnel

Providing feedback, directions, resources, and developing staff to ensure successful outcomes

Qualification

Multi-facility leadershipAdministrator’s LicenseSkilled nursing experienceBachelor’s DegreePeople-first culture

Required

Multi-facility leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience

MUST have an ACTIVE Administrator's License in the state of Virginia

Must be able to travel to facilities in Virginia
