Responsibilities

Build and support scalable Data Engineering and Data Science infrastructure using cloud services

Troubleshoot issues related to AI/ML pipelines, cloud networking, and cloud infrastructure

Set up and manage observability solutions for data and platform services

Collaborate with ML Engineers to build and support experimentation platforms and associated tools

Manage system upgrades, enhancements, migrations, and integration

Maintain system compliance with regulatory controls

Advocate, train, and provide technical support on new AI/ML technologies

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to write high-quality code in a programming language like Python

Understanding of ML models and principles, including large language models

Proficiency with containerization technologies and infrastructure-as-code tools

Provide 24x7 on-call support as scheduled

Availability for overnight travel up to 10% and flexible work hours
