LHH is partnering with a busy and growing Plaintiff's firm in New York City, seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney. The role focuses on managing plaintiff-side personal injury matters while also handling real estate and family law cases, providing hands-on responsibility and direct client contact.

Responsibilities

Manage plaintiff PI matters from intake through resolution: discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances

Draft high‑quality motions/briefs and case strategy memos; prepare for hearings and settlement negotiations

Collaborate closely with partners and paralegals; pitch in on related real estate litigation and family law work (training provided as needed)

Own your matters, communicate proactively with clients, and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture

Qualification

Plaintiff litigation experiencePersonal injury lawWriting advocacyCourtroom experienceTeam-first mindset

Required

3+ years of litigation experience with plaintiff PI exposure strongly preferred; a mixed plaintiff/defense background is welcome, but plaintiff's experience is required

Strong writing advocacy (motions/briefs) and comfort in court

Team-first mindset, accountability, and a desire to grow in a small‑firm setting

Work arrangement: In‑office (NYC). Limited hybrid flexibility may be considered over time based on performance
