They are seeking an experienced PLM BOM Engineering Specialist to manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and ensure data integrity and accuracy through collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Review, create, and maintain BOMs within the PLM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Perform phase/gate reviews, prepare content for BOM reviews during NPI phases, and manage post-review actions
Take full responsibility for change management, including defining and creating ECRs, ECOs, MCOs, DEVs, and STPs
Coordinate project tasks around BOM and change management with minimal supervision and maintain schedules for product information release
Conduct periodic reviews and updates to product data management approval matrixes and workflows within the PLM system
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge and experience in Oracle Agile PLM
Strong experience in BOM Management and Configuration Change Control
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and requirements
Review, create, and maintain BOMs within the PLM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy
Perform phase/gate reviews, prepare content for BOM reviews during NPI phases, and manage post-review actions
Take full responsibility for change management, including defining and creating ECRs, ECOs, MCOs, DEVs, and STPs
Coordinate project tasks around BOM and change management with minimal supervision and maintain schedules for product information release

Preferred
Prior experience in a high-tech industry is preferred, highlighting a strong technical understanding of product structure, processes, and NPI processes
