They are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Civil AutoCAD Technician and Designer to join their expanding Civil Engineering Department, where the role involves developing technical drawings, collaborating with professionals, and creating models for land development infrastructure.

Responsibilities
Develop detailed technical drawings and plans based on project specifications and requirements
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project goals and objectives and ensure seamless integration of design elements into overall project plans
Create 2D and 3D models for land development infrastructure such as site layout, grading, roadways, and utilities
Review and modify drawings to correct errors and ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
Maintain organized files and documentation and support in the development of AutoCAD blocks and templates for use in drawings
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree related to C3D drawing production, engineering or similar. Other drafting qualifications/certifications will be considered
5+ years of AutoCAD software design and drafting experience
A strong proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D
Strong understanding of design concepts including earthwork, surface, site grading, pipe network, ArcGIS, etc
Ability to read and translate architectural floorplans and technical drawings
Basic understanding of building design and mechanical processes
High degree of detail orientation and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
