Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
Lead client engagements and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting for high-net-worth individuals and businesses
Supervise, train, and mentor tax staff and seniors
Research tax issues and present findings to clients and partners
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor in Accounting, Masters in tax a plus
CPA license required
6+ years of recent public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience with tax research tools and tax preparation software
Commitment to client service and collaborative team success
