Responsibilities

Required

2–3 years of experience in scheduling, case management, or utilization review
Bilingual in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with document review and identifying missing documentation
3 years of healthcare experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and required equipment relevant to the role

Preferred

Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or LVN program
1 year of experience in scheduling, case management, or utilization review
