Responsibilities
Process complex project applications according to documented standard operating procedures
Track progress of work assignments, including work to be done and work completed
Provide professional written communication/questions to customers who have submitted applications
Communicate with other team members and supervisors using collaboration tools to resolve application questions
Maintain a high degree of efficiency and accuracy while under time constraints
Participate in team meetings and complete regular training sessions to expand program knowledge
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of work experience or tenure in related position(s) in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Strong written communication skills (strong verbal skills a plus)
Computer literate with experience in MS Office Suite
Salesforce experience a plus
