Responsibilities
Conduct pre‑pour inspections and perform material/product testing throughout production to ensure quality and workflow efficiency
Identify, document, and report quality issues, while proactively recommending improvements to materials, processes, and products
Interpret engineering drawings, layouts, schematics, and mix formulas and communicate daily with the batch plant to monitor and adjust mix performance
Manage documentation and data accuracy, including preparing records, entering data, and resolving discrepancies in submitted information
Provide supervisory support to QC technicians and handle a variety of administrative tasks to maintain smooth quality operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of one year of Quality Control experience within construction, precast, or building‑products manufacturing
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
ACI/MCA Level 1 Certification is a plus but not essential
