Marketing & Outreach Specialist (Healthcare)
Confidential is seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & Outreach Specialist to lead marketing and referral development efforts for two healthcare-focused organizations. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, strengthen referral relationships, and support organizational growth while maintaining professionalism and strict healthcare compliance.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing plans for both healthcare organizations
Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and tone across all platforms
Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Manage and update company websites (content, SEO, messaging, calls to action)
Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across appropriate platforms
Track analytics, engagement, and lead generation metrics
Manage email campaigns and newsletters as needed
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare providers, case managers, facilities, and community partners
Coordinate outreach to treatment providers, sober living partners, nursing homes, and healthcare organizations
Represent the organizations at networking events, conferences, and community outreach activities
Create professional marketing materials (brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content)
Assist with blog content, announcements, and educational materials
Ensure all messaging is ethical, accurate, and compliant with healthcare standards
Ensure marketing efforts comply with HIPAA and healthcare advertising regulations
Maintain sensitivity and discretion when marketing addiction recovery services
Protect patient privacy and uphold organizational reputation at all times
Qualification
Required
Proven marketing experience (healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with digital marketing, social media, and website content management
Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Preferred
Experience marketing addiction treatment or recovery services
Knowledge of healthcare referral networks, sober living programs, or long-term care facilities
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare marketing regulations
Graphic design or content creation experience
