Responsibilities
Connect & Build Relationships: Connect with business owners and decision-makers through scheduled appointments, referrals, and local outreach, taking the time to understand each business’s needs and build strong, trusting relationships
Share Information: Introduce Horizon Payments’ services and demonstrate how our solutions can help reduce costs and streamline payment processing for business owners
Support The Quote Process: Work alongside National Sales Managers (NSM), who prepare, present, and finalize quotes and agreements
Stay Organized: Document activity, notes, and next steps using available CRM and tools
Stay Informed: Participate in optional updates or learning sessions to remain informed about services and processes
Qualification
Required
Comfortable communicating with business owners in a clear, respectful way
Comfortable adjusting approach based on the business or conversation
Interested in building and maintaining professional relationships
Ability to work independently and with team members remotely
Benefits
Uncapped 25% commissions with 25% monthly residual income tied to all active accounts.
A $375 weekly draw is available.
Daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses are available.
For the first 30 days, new reps can receive $100 per quote generated. Bonuses are paid weekly.
