Responsibilities

Architect and lead modernization of legacy CRM platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
Define scalable enterprise data models and mapping strategies for migration
Design end-to-end security architecture, including role-based access for Customer Service Representatives
Drive process design, workflow orchestration, and advanced entity customization across Customer Service modules
Oversee CRM Services configuration and ensure alignment with business and compliance standards
Architect integration patterns using Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse, custom connectors, plugins)
