Responsibilities

Oversight of all end-to-end Customer/Client master data management processes across Deloitte's SAP and Salesforce platforms

Driving discussions to onboard additional business units and geographies onto the current platform

Leading data validation and data quality efforts for integrating additional business units and geographies

Driving innovation, automation and process improvement across the Customer/Client Master domain and related areas

Review of Customer/Client Add/Change requests through SAP, Salesforce and Informatica

Working with the Technology teams and other GFS areas to deliver efficient solutions

Monitoring delivery for service level adherence and high data quality

Working with other master data domains such as Vendor Master to identify areas of synergy

Required

Bachelors' degree or equivalent years of professional experience

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

Experience in SAP Customer Master Data Maintenance and/or SAP SD

Strong understanding of SAP's Customer Master and SD processes

Ability to travel 0-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Familiarity with Informatica and SQL proficiency
