The Formulator/Nutritionist is responsible for implementing and supporting the formulation of custom premixes and feed additives, providing technical support, and managing product specifications and movement across facilities.

Responsibilities

Manage new, revised, and current products, with a large focus being swine and poultry formulas, using formulation and nutrition expertise
Provide technical support across multiple departments including our customers
Rework formulation
Manage product movement/extensions across Nutra Blend facilities

Qualification

Animal NutritionPremix FormulationFormulation SoftwareTechnical SupportCollaborationProblem Solving

Required

Related formulation experience and related software experience highly desired
5 years of nutritional experience is required

Preferred

4 yr. degree in Agriculture (Animal Science or related field of study preferred)
A Masters degree in animal nutrition is preferred; however, experience may offset the need
Knowledge of premix formulation is a plus
