The role involves managing the strategic planning and innovation of chemical-based products, conducting market research, supporting sales development, and collaborating on product launches.

Responsibilities

Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data driven insights to identify product opportunities and improvements
Support the sales team by driving new items and creating strategic plans that align with business goals and market demands
Collaborate with the team to develop go-to-market strategies
Track and report on product performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction) to evaluate the success of product initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Work with inside and outside partners including production, creative, agencies, and freelance designers
Lead with minimal supervision/ instruction – A thinker and doer mentality

Required

Bachelor's degree in a Marketing, Business or related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Passion for chemical industry
Willing to work in field with sales team
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to lift, pull, push weights of 20 pounds for periods of time
Extended periods of standing / walking will be required for trade shows

Preferred

Internship experience or coursework in product management, project management or product development preferred
