Responsibilities

Coordinate and serve food and beverages in a courteous and efficient manner
Adhere to all alcohol safety standards, including verifying guest identification to ensure legal drinking age
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of responsibility, including dining areas
Perform pre-bussing tasks during dining to maintain order and cleanliness
Process guest payments accurately, handling financial transactions with care
Take on additional duties as needed to ensure smooth banquet operations

Required

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 years of banquet serving experience or equivalent education and experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler's card
Ability to acquire and maintain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
Ability to pass alcohol awareness training
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong customer service and communication skills
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
