Trissential is seeking a P21 Configuration Specialist – Logistics to join their client’s team and play a critical role in configuring and optimizing P21 ERP modules for logistics and warehouse operations. This role involves translating business requirements into effective P21 configurations and managing system setup for various logistics functions.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain P21 modules for logistics, inventory, warehouse management, purchasing, and order fulfillment

Translate business requirements into effective P21 configurations and workflows

Manage system setup for locations, warehouses, bins, carriers, freight terms, routing, and shipping integrations

Optimize inventory controls, replenishment logic, and fulfillment processes within P21

Serve as the P21 SME for logistics and distribution teams

Support integrations with 3PL, shipping platforms, EDI, and carrier systems

Troubleshoot system issues impacting shipping, receiving, transfers, and inventory accuracy

Develop and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and KPIs

Conduct system testing for configuration changes, upgrades, and new functionality

Create documentation, SOPs, and train end users on logistics workflows in P21

Required

5+ years of experience configuring and supporting Epicor Prophet 21 ERP

Strong functional knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management

Hands-on experience with P21 logistics-related modules and workflows

Ability to translate operational requirements into ERP configurations

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Experience with SQL, P21 reporting, or BI tools

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field preferred

Experience in supply chain process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma)

ERP upgrade or implementation experience

Familiarity with Wireless Warehouse and Vendor Managed Inventory systems
