Employment Law Associate
Responsibilities
Represent clients in employment litigation in New Jersey state and federal courts
Handle administrative proceedings before agencies such as the EEOC and NJ Division on Civil Rights
Conduct and support internal investigations into workplace complaints
Draft pleadings, motions, and manage discovery, including depositions and document production
Collaborate with partners and clients to develop litigation strategies and assess risk
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of employment litigation experience
Active NJ Bar (required)
Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Preferred
Experience with administrative agencies and internal investigations preferred
