Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships
Provide strategic marketing guidance (SEO, paid ads, content strategy/positioning, design, video, and AI-driven retainers)
Gather goals and requirements from clients (via virtual meetings + email)
Translate requirements into clear deliverables for internal teams (Trello + Slack)
Manage projects, priorities, and timelines while keeping scope and budgets on track
Monitor performance and report on progress against goals
Stay up-to-date with marketing and AI trends, and apply them to client work
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment
Strong knowledge of SEO, paid ads, and multi-channel digital strategy
Proven experience managing content strategies with depth in positioning and messaging
Experience managing digital/web projects (technical expertise not required, but comfort managing cross-functional teams is essential)
Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Experience collaborating with creative, technical, and strategy teams
Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
Strong organizational and soft skills — easy to get along with, proactive, positive
Available at least half the time during client hours (9 to 5 CST) for meetings
Preferred
Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation tools
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira)
Background in life sciences or technical industries
