Supporting participants with activities of daily living (ADL)
Implementing participants behavior guidelines and goals as written in Staff Action Plan
Monitoring health and safety, building advocacy, decision making, and community connections
Teaching participants skills to promote independence
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED
Basic word processing and e-mail skills
Must possess a valid driver's license and transportation necessary to meet program needs
Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Preferred
Experience working with people with disabilities
