Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day fine art shipping and operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high service standards

Manage U.S. and international customs clearance, including import/export procedures, documentation, and regulatory compliance

Prepare and review fine art shipping estimates

Act as a senior point of contact for clients, customs brokers, and international partners

Provide operational leadership and line management, supporting workflow, performance, and best practice to a small team
