Responsibilities

Monitor contracts to identify outstanding items in compliance with the contract
Assists with collection and recording of contractual fees to ensure timely and accurate reporting and collections
Make contact on delinquent accounts and maintain accurate records by answering questions and process request by phone
Investigate historical data
Provide thorough and accurate documentation and report on collection activity and accounts receivable status. Update account status record and collection efforts
Provide other support for the operations of the Accounting and Finance Functions in the Business Operations section

Required

A high school diploma and entry-level experience in accounting or bookkeeping

Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
