The Concept Agency is a digital marketing agency seeking an E-commerce Marketing Specialist to support their portfolio of beauty, wellness, and lifestyle ecommerce brands. The role involves executing email and SMS marketing, managing Shopify store operations, and creating digital assets to drive engagement and conversions.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Build and optimize email flows in Klaviyo (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back)
Create and schedule email campaigns with audience segmentation and A/B testing
Design email templates, graphics, and landing pages using Figma and/or Canva
Manage SMS marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript
Support Shopify store operations: product uploads, collection management, PDP optimization
Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue)
Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels
Stay current on email marketing best practices and ecommerce trends

Required

1-3 years of experience in email marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing
Klaviyo experience required — you've built flows, set up segmentation, and run A/B tests
Shopify experience required — comfortable with store management, product pages, and basic site updates
Design skills required — proficient in Canva and/or Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing campaign metrics
Excellent written communication skills

Preferred

Experience with beauty, wellness, or lifestyle DTC brands
SMS marketing experience (Attentive, Postscript)
Familiarity with loyalty/referral programs (Yotpo, Smile.io)
Basic HTML/CSS for email customization
Agency experience or ability to work across multiple client accounts
