0+ years expGAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Associate Substation CAD Operator to support Substation projects. The successful candidate will perform CAD work on engineering markups and assist in various project support tasks under engineering supervision.

Responsibilities
Opening, revising, plotting, and saving of drawing CAD files
Assist in compiling, collating, assembling, and verifying completeness of drawing and project document packages
Knowledge of plot profiles and user profiles in CAD package
Assist CAD technicians and CAD operators in the development of their skills as required
Ability to learn multiple software platforms including, but not limited to, AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical
Attend project-specific meetings as required
Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously and be able to work effectively under the pressure of deadlines and unexpected developments
Ability to work extended hours or after hours when required
Learning and helping to find ways to improve GAI Engineering CAD Standards
Effective communication with the project team
Follows Project and Task Manager to assemble drawings
Responsible for personal task management and adherence to deadlines and scope
Possess basic oral and written communication skills. interacts effectively with other staff. Learns to master and accurately follow instructions from others
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School
0 Years of Experience
Associates or better in Drafting or related field
Driver's License
