Responsibilities

Meet with pre-qualified residential and commercial customers to evaluate excavation needs, including sewer line repairs and pipe replacements

Present customized solutions, explain service options, and confidently close sales

Work closely with excavation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and an exceptional customer experience

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear communication and follow-up

Accurately track leads, appointments, and sales activity in the CRM system

Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals

Represent the company professionally while driving a company vehicle to customer appointments

Required

Proven outside sales experience; background in plumbing, excavation, or home services is a plus

Comfortable working with warm, pre-qualified leads in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
