Director of HubSpot Integrations
Bluleadz is a trusted, accredited Elite HubSpot Partner Agency with a track record of success. They are seeking a Director of HubSpot Integrations to lead integration strategy and manage a team of Integration Specialists, focusing on seamless data connectivity and operational efficiency through AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead custom integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between HubSpot and other external platforms
Design and implement AI-powered data mapping and transformation solutions to enhance integration accuracy
Develop, manage, and optimize API integrations to improve operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for data quality improvement, cleansing, and enrichment
Utilize data sync and custom automation to integrate clients' operational software with HubSpot
Provide strategic insights by analyzing client databases and optimizing marketing and business processes
Build programmable automation in HubSpot, including workflows, webhooks, and chatflows
Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve data discrepancies and recommend long-term solutions
Provide senior technical expertise during key customer or prospect meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning technical solutions with business objectives
Provide guidance on AI and machine learning applications in data processing and automation
Train and mentor team members on integration best practices and AI-powered automation
Foster growth and collaboration among your team
Oversee team capacity, project assignments, and professional development initiatives
Establish best practices, documentation standards, and performance benchmarks for the team
Qualification
Required
3+ years building and managing custom HubSpot integrations (While HubSpot experience is preferred, candidates with strong experience developing custom Salesforce integrations will also be considered.)
2+ years leading technical teams
Strong programming skills: Node.js, Python, or JavaScript
Strong database skills (SQL) and experience with ETL processes, data mapping, and transformations
Experience in AI-powered automation, machine learning models, and data analytics
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Data Hub (preferred) and/or Salesforce integrations
Experience managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously
Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams, drive accountability, and foster a culture of innovation
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot Data Hub (preferred) and other cloud automation tools (Zapier, Workato, etc.)
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Data Hub (preferred) and/or Salesforce integrations
